"Commitment, self-discipline and determination are some of the few skills my clients can expect to develop by embracing fitness as a lifestyle."

Experience

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 14 years, and a fitness advocate my entire life.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have attended endless courses and seminars on wellness, nutrition and fitness. Need I say more!

I am 50+( It’s only a number), mother of two handsome young men, wife of an equally handsome husband and have the best golden doodle ever! Call me biased! When we’re not working you can find us either hiking or on the golf course, the latter my new-found passion!

As for my personal health and fitness, I love a wide variety of sports including running, rowing, weight training, cycling, and long walks to mention a few. I’ve never been particularly fond of Canadian winters but have always managed to find activities that keep me warm.

My outlook on health is a balanced approach. I believe in moving the body and making healthy food choices, portion sizes and applying the 80/20 rule. Eat clean 80% of the time with occasional treats. No gimmicks, crazy diets or limitations!

Philosophy

I see fitness and nutrition as a platform that can improve all areas of life. When achievements are made, confidence grows exponentially. By embracing fitness it allows people to develop themselves in areas other than work and home life. As a shy young teenager, I recognized that sports had a profound effect on my abilities to focus and achieve goals that I had set out for myself; a wonderful side effect that provided me with confidence and self discovery. The mental transformation when reaching new physical levels will help develop not only self confidence but will give my clients the ability to cope with challenges and pressures of every day life.

Let fitness and nutrition be your foundation for leading an extraordinary life!
